You will be compassionate, patient, resilient, and not afraid to stand up for what is right. Your life experiences will be as valuable as any qualifications you may have.
In return we offer a clear progression route; supportive and thorough induction process (including Team Teach); the Level Three Diploma for those who do not have it; the Level Five for those with leadership potential.
Our model is based on attachment theory, DDP and PACE, and you will receive all the training you need to apply this to your work.
